Accounts Payable Executive We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to manage the company's outgoing payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and within specified timelines. Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and supporting documents. Prepare and process vendor payments through bank transfers, cheques, or other payment methods.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare accounts payable reports and aging analysis. Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Required
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.

SkillsKnowledge of vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
