Role Description The Accounts Receivable Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The role involves managing customer accounts, issuing and tracking invoices, recording receipts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, coordinating with the front office and sales teams for accurate billing, and maintaining up-to-date records in the finance system. The associate will prepare periodic reports on receivables, support month-end closing activities, and follow internal controls and compliance procedures.



The role also requires regular interaction with guests and corporate clients to address payment queries and deliver professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles relevant to accounts receivable.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Invoicing, billing processes, and account reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to handle payment-related queries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (diploma or degree) is preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting or hotel PMS software and MS Excel is beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately with numerical data, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures and internal controls.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a similar accounts receivable role is an advantage.
