Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete accounting function including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and period-end closures
- Lead and manage month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings and audits
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes along with variance analysis and management reporting
- Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth completion of audits and compliance reviews
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure financial stability
- Lead finalization of accounts, including consolidation of group entities (if applicable)




- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting and cost control
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring productivity and career development

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a leadership role
- CA Inter / CA Qualified / MBA Finance preferred
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Strong expertise in Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP
