Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and generate accurate MIS reports for business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain and update business databases and records.

- Analyze sales, expenses, inventory, and operational data.

- Generate reports using MS Excel, ERP software, or accounting tools.

- Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review.

- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

- Coordinate with departments to collect and validate data.

Accounts Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.

- Maintain purchase, sales, bank, and journal entries.

- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.

- Assist in GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance.

- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS and accounting functions.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, MIS Reporting).

- Knowledge of Tally, Busy, ERP, or other accounting software.

- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
