Job Summary

Tamilnadu Test House is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory records, invoicing, collections and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty-cash records.
- Maintain purchase, sales and expense registers.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide the required financial documents.
- Maintain customer and vendor account records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and outstanding statements.
- Ensure that all accounting records are accurate and properly filed.
- Support management with other accounts-related activities.





Candidate Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and payment-follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Candidates residing in Chennai will be preferred.
