Role Description The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing invoices and receipts.

The Accounts

Executive will handle accounts payable and receivable, assist with bank reconciliation, and support the preparation of periodic financial reports.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders on billing, payments, and compliance documentation, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in a service-oriented or academic-support organization.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, invoicing norms, and basic compliance requirements is beneficial.
