Job Title: Accounts Executive – GST

Location: [Mohali]

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

- GST Compliance Management: Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns.
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns (R1, 3B & 6)
- Manage annual GST reconciliation and submission
- Stay updated with GST regulatory changes
- ITC Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy of Input Tax Credit records.
- Match ITC claims with supplier invoices
- Resolve mismatches with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain compliance with GST portal requirements
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide clear, actionable financial insights.
- Prepare MIS reports for management
- Generate compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Conduct analysis and error detection
- Recommend corrective actions
- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence
- Advanced Excel Data Handling: Leverage Excel expertise to manage and analyze large datasets.




- Use advanced formulas, pivot tables.
- Perform bulk data cleaning and transformation
- Accounting Experience: 2+ years of professional accounting expertise.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Support audits and statutory reviews

Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience in GST.

· Robust knowledge of GST returns and compliance..

· Complete Knowledge in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Qualification:

- B.Com
