Job Summary The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, preparing reports, managing statutory compliance, and supporting the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable
- · Process vendor invoices and payments.
- · Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- · Maintain supplier accounts and payment schedules.
- · Follow up on outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable
- · Generate customer invoices.
- · Track outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- · Reconcile customer accounts and payment records.
Financial Record Keeping
- · Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- · Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.
- · Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Bank & Cash Management
- · Perform bank reconciliations.
- · Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions.
- · Prepare payment vouchers and receipts.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain compliance-related records and documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required.
Reporting · Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
· Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
· Provide financial data and reports to management.
Audit Support
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and audit-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar systems.

- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
