- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and manage GST workings, return filing support, and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return compliances.
- Manage banking transactions, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle foreign inward and outward transactions and related accounting compliances.
- Maintain books of accounts and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate and manage ROC compliances for Private Limited Companies and LLPs.
- Assist in Income Tax matters and annual compliances.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and business compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Support finalization of accounts and annual filings.
Preferred candidate profile
- CA Inter (Dropout) preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Prior work experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory.
- Good understanding of:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- ROC compliances
- Banking and foreign transactions
- Compliance requirements for Private Limited Companies and LLPs
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Exposure to CA firm environment.
- Ability to independently handle accounting and compliance functions.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Capable of managing timelines and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
