Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the financial performance of the company by preparing accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Oversee audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.

- Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in accounting or finance role within an engineering & construction industry.

- Robust knowledge of SAP system implementation and maintenance.

- Proven expertise in auditing processes and procedures (e.g., SOX).

- CA /CMA
