As we continue to grow, we are transitioning from Tally to Zoho Books to build a modern and efficient accounting system. We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and eager-to-learn individual to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
- Create sales invoices and customer bills in Zoho Books.
- Enter purchase bills and maintain vendor records.
- Record vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Track cheque payments and bank transactions.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records.
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Help maintain accurate daily accounting records.
- Coordinate with the sales and workshop teams for smooth billing operations.
- Learn and adapt to Zoho Books as part of our digital transformation.
Requirements
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, internet).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Honest, organised and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn current software and business processes.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with the company.
