The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, solid attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Key ResponsibilitiesEnter daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., Nakoda and Excel). Assist in preparing basic reports like cash book, ledger summaries, and outstanding reports. Verify and reconcile data discrepancies in entries and reports.
Organize and file physical and digital documents related to accounts. Support the accounts team in invoice generation and tracking. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
