Assist with the following for multiple clients:-

- Maintain up-to-date financial records and statements
- Month-end closing preparation and reporting
- Prepare Monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliation
- Review monthly accounts payable, accounts receivable and accruals.
- Review general and standard journal entries and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Manage payroll process
- Prepare internal financial reports and analysis.
- Prepare Federal and state tax returns
- Research on tax-related matters on a need basis

Education and Experience:-

- Accounting graduate
- Pursuing CPA or CA (optional)
- 5+ years of experience required
- Experience in financial audit with an accounting or advisory firm (some experience in Big 4 - preferred)
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasking
- Motivated self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
