Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase accounting, invoicing, Tally entries, outstanding payment recovery, and finalization and reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books in Tally
- Handle purchase accounting, including verification of bills and posting of purchase entries
- Prepare and manage customer invoices
- Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for outstanding payments
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Assist in month-end and year-end finalization of accounts




- Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with management for financial reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Experience in purchase accounting and invoicing processes
- Knowledge of account finalization and reconciliation procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
