: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to handle our day-to-day financial transactions, compliance, and book-keeping. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in accounting software, and have a solid understanding of taxation.
Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain daily accounts, record vouchers, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Software Management: Accurately enter financial data and manage ledgers using Tally Prime (or similar accounting software). Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns on time.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies. Invoicing & Payroll: Generate accurate client invoices, track incoming payments, and assist with monthly employee payroll processing.
Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and assist in annual audits.
