Job Summary

NRC Group is urgently hiring an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Tally, and advanced Microsoft Excel. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and expense entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
- Handle journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records in Tally—latest version .
- Prepare reports and financial data using advanced Microsoft Excel .
- Support tax, audit, statutory compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with relevant teams or customers.




- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly documented.
- Provide financial information and reports to management when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Hands-on experience with Tally—latest version .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel capabilities .
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
