Job Summary we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial accounting, reconciliation and statutory requirements while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance

-Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other applicable returns.

-Ensure timely GST compliance, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and return filings.

-Maintain and reconcile the Input Tax Credit (ITC) Register.

-Perform GST reconciliations with books of accounts, GSTR-2B, vendor records, and purchase registers.

-Draft and submit replies to GST notices and coordinate with tax authorities.

Direct Tax & TDS Compliance

-Prepare and file TDS returns within prescribed timelines.

-Ensure accurate deduction, deposit, and reconciliation of TDS.

-Handle Income Tax return filing and ensure compliance with direct tax regulations.

-Respond to Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory notices.

Financial Accounting & Reporting

-Maintain books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements.

-Generate MIS reports, management reports, budgets, and financial analysis.

-Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

-Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.

-Monitor cash flow and support effective working capital management.

Audit & Statutory Compliance

-Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

-Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.

-Maintain proper accounting records and statutory documentation.

-Replying of notice.

Financial Planning & Business Support

-Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

-Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.

-Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and accounting efficiency.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

-CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com will be an added advantage.

-5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills

-Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

-Proficiency in accounting software.

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

-Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

-Positive understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
