Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and compliance activities for our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for GST and TDS compliance, ERP-based accounting entries, sales & purchase billing, and maintenance of statutory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Statutory Compliance a- Prepare, verify & file monthly GST returns and reconciliations.

b- Ensure timely TDS deduction, deposit & compliance.

c- Maintain statutory records and ensure audit readiness.

B. Accounting Operations a- Record accounting entries in ERP/Tally Prime.





b- Handle sales & purchase billing.

c- Maintain invoices, vouchers & supporting documentation.

C. Coordination & Reconciliation a- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate billing and inventory-linked accounting.

b- Perform reconciliations across accounts, GST, and TDS records.

c- Support timely closure of monthly/quarterly compliance cycles.

Manufacturing accounting & inventory.

Tally Prime, ERP & MS Excel.

Analytical & reconciliation skills.

Attention to detail & deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com or equivalent Commerce degree.

2–5 years in manufacturing Accounts & Finance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
