Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Faridabad. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, managing ledgers, and maintaining accurate accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual financial closing. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will also coordinate with internal teams, auditors,



and external stakeholders to support smooth financial operations and provide timely financial information to management.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, assist with budgeting, and perform bank and account reconciliations accurately.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, GST, and compliance requirements relevant to consumer services operations.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA/CPA intermediate level) are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a services or consumer-focused business, is beneficial.
