About the Company

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime or ERP software.
- Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.




- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable laws.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and Indian Taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an IT company or service-based organization.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and audit documentation.
