Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Accountant cum HR Executive with basic experience in accounting and human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, with the ability to handle daily accounts, maintain employee records, and assist in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
- Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and monthly financial reports.
- Support with audit documentation and data entry.

Human Resources:

- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Assist in the recruitment process — job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and database management.
- Support in drafting HR letters, policies, and internal communication.
- Coordinate for employee engagement and administrative activities.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Strong command of MS Excel (Formulas, Data Entry, Reports)
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in accounts or HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
