Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank and vendor accounts, and preparing invoices and payments. The role includes assisting with monthly and annual closing activities, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and preparing management reports and financial statements in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.





The Accountant will coordinate with internal teams and external partners (such as auditors and tax consultants), ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws, and help improve financial processes and controls. The role will also be responsible for maintaining an oversight on our Admin/ Facility operations. Qualifications

Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Experience using accounting software and spreadsheets; comfort working with Tally/ Zoho books. Knowledge of relevant taxation, compliance, and local regulatory requirements.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with numerical data accurately.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Prior experience in corporate or project-based accounting; exposure to clinical research or healthcare services is a plus.

Geographic location

This job is an on-site, full-time assignment based at our office near ISKCON temple.
