About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions accurately. Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and ledger postings. Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.

Manage Accounts

Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities. Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation of financial records. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting,



Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP .

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas). Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills Experience in the manufacturing industry (highly preferred). Exposure to trading or service industry accounting. Knowledge of audit processes and taxation. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of month-end and year-end closing. Accuracy of accounting records and financial reports. On-time statutory and tax compliance filings. Effective reconciliation and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
