Role Description The Account Manager role at Richi Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada.

The Account

Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring that interior solutions such as modern interiors, false ceilings, modular furniture, carpets, and soft seating meet client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the design and operations teams, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking project timelines, and overseeing order fulfillment and after-sales support. The role also involves monitoring project budgets, handling client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Manager works closely with management to identify opportunities for business growth, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and deliver responsive customer service.
- Experience coordinating interior projects or similar design, construction, or furnishing services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and basic project tracking or CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset when reviewing proposals, drawings, and order specifications.
- Ability to work in office in Vijayawada, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and occasionally visit client locations or project sites.
- Prior experience in interiors, furniture, or related industries is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, design, or a related field is an advantage.
