Cordon Genomics Pvt Ltd. is looking for a mid-level Account Manager / CRM Specialist to join our team on-site in Lucknow . If you're great at managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and keeping things organised under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll manage sales accounts and act as the key coordination point between our clients, sales team, and lab — ensuring sample-related queries, shipments, and client communications are handled smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain sales accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Liaise closely with the sales team on account status, client needs, and follow-ups
- Coordinate sample-related queries between clients and the lab team
- Track and manage shipment logistics for samples between clients and the lab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and escalations
- Ensure timely resolution of issues related to sample status, delays, or discrepancies
- Maintain CRM data hygiene (contacts, pipelines, account history, reporting)
- Generate regular reports on account activity and shipment/sample turnaround
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, client coordination, or CRM administration (healthcare/diagnostics/lab industry experience is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong communication and coordination skills — comfortable liaising between sales, clients, and lab teams
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail, especially around logistics/shipment tracking
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under time-sensitive situations (e.g., sample delays)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
