As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role on our team in helping clients protect what matters most.

Requirements Primary Responsibilities: Manage client accounts on our commercial lines business

Support Producers and Program Leaders with new and renewal business, including the preparation of proposals, quotes, renewal materials, and accurate policy and program documentation. Manage day-to-day account service needs, including certificates, endorsements, audits, policy changes, billing inquiries,



and other client or program-related requests, while coordinating with carriers, program managers, and internal partners as needed. Deliver a high level of proactive, responsive, and professional service by building strong client relationships, communicating program requirements and key deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-through on account needs.

Experience And Skills Property & Casualty license and 3+ years of commercial insurance service experience Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting

Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills

Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred

Applied Epic experience strongly preferred but not a deal breaker
