About The Belgian Waffle Xpress The Belgian Waffle Xpress (TBWX) is one of India’s fastest-growing delivery-first waffle and dessert brands. We partner with entrepreneurs across multiple cities through our franchise model and are building systems that help every franchise succeed.

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Account Management Intern who enjoys interacting with business owners, solving operational challenges, and ensuring an excellent franchise experience.

What You’ll Do

Franchise Onboarding

- Assist new franchise partners throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinate documentation, store setup, and launch checklists.
- Ensure all required approvals and operational milestones are completed on time.

Franchise Relationship Management

- Act as the first point of contact for assigned franchise partners.
- Build strong long-term relationships through regular communication.
- Understand franchise concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them promptly.

Operations & Coordination
- Follow up with different departments to ensure timely execution of pending tasks.
- Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, marketing, design, and support teams.
- Track outlet launches and operational readiness.

Payments & Documentation
- Follow up on outstanding payments professionally.
- Maintain records of agreements, invoices, and operational documents.
- Ensure franchise documentation remains updated.

CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM and internal trackers accurately.




- Maintain records of franchise interactions and action items.
- Prepare basic reports for management.

Customer Success

- Help franchisees understand company SOPs and processes.
- Coordinate training sessions whenever required.
- Ensure every franchise partner has a smooth experience while working with TBWX.

Who We’re Looking For

- Graduate or pursuing graduation (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/MS Excel
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail

Bonus If You Have

- Experience in customer support, operations, or account management
- Internship experience in startups
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders
