Job Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Personal Accountant to manage personal financial records, banking transactions, investments, expenses, tax-related documentation, and overall financial administration. The candidate should maintain complete confidentiality and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain personal books of accounts and financial records.

Record daily income, expenses, bank transactions, and cash flow.

Handle bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.

Manage personal investments, insurance records, loans, and fixed deposits.

Prepare monthly expense statements and financial summaries.

Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for income tax, TDS, and other statutory matters.

Maintain records of bills, invoices, receipts, and important financial documents.

Process payments, cheque issuance, online transfers, and vendor reimbursements.

Track due dates for taxes, insurance premiums, EMIs, utility bills, and other payments.





Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash management.

Ensure complete confidentiality of financial and personal information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance.

2–5 years of experience in personal accounting, family office accounting, or executive accounting.

Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and online banking systems.

Understanding of basic taxation, GST/TDS concepts, and financial documentation.

Robust numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

Experience working with HNI families, directors, business owners, or senior executives.

Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain accurate records independently.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.
