Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Ghaziabad, Sahibabad UP -201010 Department: Account Job Summary The Account Executive – Billing is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate invoice generation, timely payment collection, and excellent customer service. This role works closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve billing queries, maintain customer accounts, and support productive revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

Verify billing data, pricing, and contractual terms before invoice creation.

Maintain customer billing records and account information.

Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account balances.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and support accounts receivable collections.

Process credit notes, adjustments, refunds, and billing corrections as required.





Reconcile billing records with payments and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or customer account management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/Tally ERP software.

Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
