Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions using Tally ERP, managing essential documentation, and coordinating smoothly with our Chartered Accountant (CA). Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, billing, receipts, and payments in Tally ERP .
- CA Coordination: Work closely with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) to facilitate timely GST filing, TDS compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate and organised physical and digital records of invoices,



purchase orders, tax receipts, and bank statements.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer account checks.
- Financial Operations: Assist in processing payroll, managing petty cash, and preparing periodic reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet basics, Ageing Analysis).
- Internal Communication: Communicate effectively across departments and with external parties in clear, professional English (written and verbal).

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a core accounting role.
- Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel/Word.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills are mandatory for professional correspondence and coordination.
- Compliance Knowledge: Practical understanding of basic GST, TDS, and statutory compliance workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Manesar .
