Role Overview

The Account Associate will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports
- Handle AP/AR processes, vendor coordination, and client invoicing
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support month-end closing
- Coordinate with clients for daily accounting requirements and documentation

Requirements

- 1–4 years of accounting experience (U.S. accounting preferred)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills for client coordination
- Ability to work in U.S. shift timings
