We are searching for a Product Designer for bringing fresh perspectives and exceptional skills to our bag collections.

Roles****Responsibilities

- Create detailed sketches and digital illustrations, collaborating with the production team to bring prototypes to life.

- Conduct trend research to stay ahead of market demands and inform design decisions.

- Create detailed tech packs for manufacturing.

- Develop and manage product costing to ensure profitability.

- Provide practical instructions to master tailors for product creation.

- Source materials and manage relationships with vendors.

- Oversee vendor management to ensure quality and timely delivery.

- Create mood boards and color boards to guide design concepts and themes.

- Identify potential quality, production, and design issues, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualification

Experience





- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, preferably in the Bag industry

- Proven experience leading a design team and managing design projects.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Product Design, Accessory Design or a related field.

Skills

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant tools.

- Robust understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.

- Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to follow a Time and Action plan to ensure project timelines are met.
