About the Role
ThreatXIntel is looking for an experienced Access Control Manager (Identity & Access Management - IAM) to strengthen enterprise security by managing user identities, access provisioning, and privileged access across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, ServiceNow, and enterprise access governance , ensuring secure and compliant access throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and permissions
- Perform periodic user access reviews and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Handle access requests, approvals, and access-related security incidents
- Ensure compliance with access control policies and audit requirements
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams
- Maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures
