- Business Planning - Forecasting & Monitoring the accessories billing & retail as per the monthly / quarterly & Annual Targets for the Zone / Retail Partners / Experience Centers

- Devising Business strategies for the Market to drive Sales & Adoption of AnM products by addressing problems related to possible customer confidence issues
- Rollout and monitor Accessories Incentive Schemes for Retail Partner teams
- Ensuring Accessories Experience at Display & Test Rides across touchpoints
- Monitoring and enhancing effective deployment of Business Enablers
- Effective rollout of POS & inputs for Sales Kit development for accessories sales promotion in Experience Centers
- Dealer Accessories Inventory planning-stock review for adequacy and obsolescence
- Ensure availability of Skilled & trained Manpower for Accessories at Experience Centers
- Understand Retail Partners aspirations towards allied business & align them with the organization's vision
- Suggest and drive process and system changes and improvements within the sales area in collaboration with swimlanes Here's what we are looking for:
