Location:- Parimal cross Road, Ahmedabad

Position Type: Full-Time (Mon–Sat)

Shift Timing: 8.30 Hours Daily

Key Responsibilities:-

Provide administrative support to students.

Address student queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

Monitor student attendance, progress, and course completion.

Coordinate with trainers for class schedules, assessments, and feedback.

Conduct follow-ups with absent or inactive students.

Maintain accurate student records and MIS reports.

Assist students with assignments, projects, and certification-related queries.

Handle student grievances and ensure timely resolution.

Support onboarding and orientation for recent students.

Coordinate placement-related communication when required.





Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple student interactions efficiently.

Qualification:-

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Student Support, Academic Coordination or Education Counseling.

Student satisfaction score.

Student attendance and engagement.

Query resolution turnaround time.

Course completion rate.

Student retention rate.

Timely maintenance of student records and reports.
