- Design & 3D Modeling: Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings of automotive interior plastic trim components (Door Trim, Pillars, Console, Dashboard, etc.) using CATIA V5.

- Plastic Product Development: Apply automotive plastic design guidelines, tooling direction, draft analysis, B-side features (Ribs, Bosses, Dog Houses, Snap Fits, Heat Stakes), and manufacturing requirements.

- Engineering & Validation: Develop components based on OEM master sections, packaging requirements, GD&T;, and support design reviews, feasibility studies, and engineering change requests (ECR/ECO).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting) with a basic understanding of injection molding processes and automotive product development.

- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Mechatronics/Aeronautical) with 03 years of experience in automotive plastic interior trim design.

AUTOMOTIVE SHEET METAL BIW STRUCTURE DESIGN | 0 to 3 YEARS EXP. | CATIA V5

- BIW Design & Modeling: Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings of Body-in-White (BIW) sheet metal components such as pillars, cross members, floor panels, roof rails, reinforcements, brackets, and body side structures using CATIA V5.

- Sheet Metal Engineering: Apply BIW design principles including stamping feasibility, embosses, beads, flanges, darts, reliefs, spot welds, hemming, and joining methods while considering manufacturability.

- Product Development: Develop components based on OEM packaging, master sections,



GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and support design reviews, engineering changes (ECR/ECO), and design validation activities.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Sheet Metal Design, Drafting) with a basic understanding of BIW manufacturing processes and automotive standards.

- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Aeronautical) with 03 years of experience in automotive BIW sheet metal structure design.

AUTOMOTIVE POWERTRAIN DESIGN | 0 to 3 YEARS EXP. | CATIA V5

- Powertrain Component Design: Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings of powertrain components such as engine parts, transmission housings, brackets, covers, shafts, mounts, and cooling system components using CATIA V5.

- Mechanical Design & Development: Develop components based on packaging requirements, material selection, GD&T;, DFMA principles, and manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, forging, and sheet metal fabrication.

- Engineering Support: Participate in product development activities including concept design, design validation, engineering change requests (ECR/ECO), tolerance stack-up analysis, and design reviews.

- Technical Skills:



Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting) with a basic understanding of engine systems, transmission systems, cooling systems, and automotive powertrain architecture.

- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Aeronautical) with 03 years of experience in automotive powertrain design.

AUTOMOTIVE WIRING HARNESS DESIGN | 0–3 YEARS | CATIA V5

- Wiring Harness Design: Design and develop automotive wiring harnesses for vehicle systems using CATIA V5 Electrical modules, including routing, connector integration, clips, clamps, and protective coverings.

- Harness Development: Create 3D harness assemblies, electrical routing, flattening drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation while complying with OEM and automotive standards.

- Engineering Support: Perform packaging studies, ensure proper bend radius, clipping strategy, branch points, and support engineering changes (ECR/ECO), design reviews, and release activities.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Electrical Part Design, Electrical Assembly Design, Electrical Harness Assembly, Electrical Harness Flattening, Drafting) with a basic understanding of automotive electrical architecture and wiring standards.

- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, EIE or Mechatronics) with 0–3 years of experience in automotive wiring harness design.
