We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused School Mentor to support students enrolled in our Integrated School Program, combining NEET, JEE, and Class 11–12 Board preparation. The ideal candidate will monitor academic performance, mentor students, communicate with parents, and ensure students stay on track to achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities Academic Monitoring
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through DPPs, chapter-wise tests, and other assessments.
- Analyze academic progress and identify students who need additional support.
- Plan and implement weekly academic interventions for underperforming students.
- Ensure balanced preparation for both Board examinations and NEET/JEE competitive exams.
Academic Support
- Follow the academic timetable and yearly academic plan provided by the Academic Coordinator.
- Guide students in improving conceptual understanding and exam performance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide regular academic feedback.
- Maintain accurate student progress records and academic logs.
Student Mentorship
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
- Track students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Monitor weekly test performance and encourage continuous improvement.
- Conduct hostel rounds and ensure discipline and student well-being.
- Coordinate weekly tests and Group Intervention Briefs (GIB).
Parent Communication
- Communicate with parents on a regular basis regarding academic progress, attendance, and student development.
- Address parent concerns regarding Board and NEET/JEE preparation.
- Follow up on fee-related matters and update records accurately.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage student evaluations efficiently.
- Maintain academic reports and performance metrics.
- Complete assigned academic and administrative tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.
- Strong knowledge of Class 11–12 Board syllabus and NEET/JEE curriculum.
- Excellent analytical, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor 35+ students effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic record management is an advantage.
