· Visit colleges, universities, and academic institutions to establish partnerships

· Engage with academic delegates, decision-makers, and administrators

· Present and promote OEM certification programs and Government programs

· Identify skill gaps between academia and industry and position relevant solutions

· Drive onboarding of institutions for certification and academic programs

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and rollout of programs

· Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions

· Achieve assigned targets related to partnerships and enrollments

Requirements

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Pleasing and skilled personality

· Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

· Understanding of academic ecosystems and industry requirements

· Sales-oriented mindset with relationship-building capability

· Willingness to travel for institutional meetings
