Key Responsibilities

✅ Counsel prospective and enrolled students on IT courses and career opportunities.

✅ Understand students' goals and recommend suitable training programs.

✅ Explain course details, curriculum, fees, certifications, and career prospects.

✅ Support admissions, enrollments, and student engagement.

✅ Maintain student records and follow-ups using CRM.

✅ Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.

✅ Stay updated with IT industry trends and guide students accordingly.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Graduate in any discipline (BBA preferred).

✔ Experience in academic counseling, admissions, career counseling, telecalling, or educational sales is preferred.

✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid learning attitude are welcome to apply.

✔ Good interpersonal, organizational, and CRM skills.

✔ Student-focused, proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
