Academic Head — CAT

Own what a student is actually taught, and in what order. You are accountable for whether our preparation path genuinely produces better scores.

Responsibilities

- Design the end-to-end CAT curriculum and the sequence students move through
- Set mock difficulty calibration so percentile predictions stay honest
- Mentor top aspirants directly and feed what you learn back into the product
- Work with Content and AI to translate pedagogy into product
- Own academic quality across every section

Requirements

- 5+ years in CAT/MBA-entrance academics, including curriculum ownership
- Track record of students achieving strong outcomes under you
- Ability to turn teaching instinct into a system others can run
- Credibility with serious aspirants

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Experience with psychometrics or assessment calibration
- A public teaching presence
- Experience across other exams (XAT, SNAP, GMAT)
