Conduct career guidance webinars for parents & students.
Counsel parents through calls, WhatsApp, and online/offline meetings.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales preferred.
Confident in conducting webinars and one-to-one counselling sessions.
