Counsellor INFOMETIZ is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Bangalore. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and understand their career goals and requirements. Explain our courses, training programs, career opportunities, and placement support clearly.
Handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into enrolments. Build strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout the admission process. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets. Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
Requirements Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Good interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
Confident and positive personality with a robust willingness to achieve targets. Previous experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.
