Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about Ritu Academy's academic programs and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, student inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
- Achieve counseling and admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates in BMS or B.Com .
- Candidates residing in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, or Ulwe will be preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to build a career in the education sector.
Compensation
- Salary: 25,000 per month
