About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and student-centric Academic Counsellor to join our team in the Greater Lucknow Area. In this role, you will guide prospective and existing learners in selecting the right programs, understanding curriculum pathways, and achieving their academic and career aspirations.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring students, building relationships, and contributing to an engaging learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective and current learners on academic programs and career pathways.

Explain course structures, curriculum, eligibility, and admission processes.

Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions.

Support learners in setting academic and professional goals.

Coordinate with faculty and program managers to monitor learner progress.

Address learner queries and provide timely academic guidance.





Maintain accurate learner records using CRM and digital tools.

Participate in outreach activities, seminars, webinars, and educational events.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to understand learner needs and provide personalized guidance.

Comfortable working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Prior experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Student Services, or Higher Education.

Familiarity with emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Finance, and Business Analytics.
