Academic Counsellor (Admissions)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (On-site)

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding Digital Marketing and AI courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the most suitable course.
- Explain course curriculum, certification, fee structure, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
- Schedule demo classes and counselling sessions.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an excellent student experience.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Good English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students and parents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech, Education Sales, or Admissions.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

(Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.)

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday

10:45 AM – 7:00 PM
