Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of overall DevOps, SCM, or Platform Engineering experience.




- Minimum 3+ years leading GitHub Enterprise migration projects.
- Proven experience migrating Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines to GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
- Experience migrating from Perforce, Bitbucket, SVN, or other SCM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Git internals, branching strategies, repository management, and version control best practices.
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions, YAML workflows, and CI/CD modernization.
- Experience with GitHub APIs and Azure DevOps REST APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid scripting skills using Python or Shell.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation, mentoring, and technical communication abilities.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and guide engineering teams without being a full-time application developer.
