Job Title: 3D Apparel Designer / 3D Pattern Technician (CLO / Browzwear)

Location: Tirupur or Perundurai

Department: Design / Product Development

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced 3D Apparel Designer / Pattern Technician with expertise in CLO 3D and/or Browzwear to develop accurate 3D garment simulations, conduct fit evaluations, and create high-quality garment renderings. The candidate should have robust pattern knowledge and be capable of validating garment fit against buyer specifications and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and render 3D garment models using CLO 3D and/or Browzwear .
- Develop and modify digital patterns based on tech packs and buyer requirements.
- Conduct 3D fit analysis and garment evaluations against buyer specifications.
- Identify and resolve fit, construction, and pattern-related issues before sample development.
- Generate true-to-life garment renderings for design reviews and customer presentations.
- Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.




- Maintain digital libraries of patterns, avatars, trims, and fabrics.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Garment Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in 3D apparel development.
- Hands-on expertise in CLO 3D and/or Browzwear .
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit.
- Ability to interpret buyer tech packs, measurement charts, and fit comments.
- Experience in conducting virtual fit sessions and recommending pattern corrections.
- Good understanding of fabrics, drape properties, and garment behavior in 3D environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to work in flexible shifts to support global customers and time zones.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
