Your team

You’ll be working in Group CISO team in Pune, India.

The Cyber Hygiene team helps keep our technology secure, resilient, and compliant. The team drives key cybersecurity initiatives across vulnerability management, application security, risk reduction, and continuous security improvement.

Its objective is to reduce security exposure, strengthen control adoption, and provide confidence that cybersecurity controls are operating as intended across the technology estate.

Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses they support secure.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

- will graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science by June 2027 and have a minimum GPA of 7.0.
- has experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages, and a strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, and emerging AI capabilities.
- demonstrates strong analytical,



problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- is eager to learn, takes ownership, and brings a risk-aware mindset, with academic exposure to cybersecurity considered a plus.
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about Group Chief Information and Security Office and it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the prospect to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations.
