Job Description: A Civil Manager oversees construction projects from start to finish, managing teams, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure quality and safety compliance. Key duties include planning, coordinating with stakeholders (engineers, architects, contractors), conducting site inspections, managing project documentation, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; oversee all phases from inception to completion.
- Team & Resource Management: Lead and mentor civil engineering teams, allocate resources efficiently, and manage subcontractors.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, suppliers, government agencies, and clients.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes; conduct site inspections and audits.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project spending, control costs,



and manage contracts.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation to management and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Proven project management experience in civil construction.
- Leadership: Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical: Deep understanding of civil engineering principles, design, and construction methods.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
