- Provide leadership for the company's internal and external operations
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase revenue, profitability, and growth
- Identify acquisition opportunities and manage integration activities
- Have a strong understanding of manufacturing technologies

COO Responsibilities
- Balance production, maintenance, sales, and marketing needs
- Oversee the expansion and capacity utilization of the plant
- Lead the steel making and mills
- Supervise manufacturing, production, and plant management

Experience and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing supervision, production management, or plant management
- Expertise in rolling mill operations
- Robust analytical and decision making skills
- Experience in business transformation and P&L; management
- Experience in operational excellence, change management, and new product development
